This one faintly reminds of a PC title called Perimeter (or, should I say, Периметр? ), at least with the energy network and collecting parts and with the flying-escaping city premise.

The game is rather rough and, if the concept isn't already familiar, you'll probably fail even the first missions a couple of times before getting the hang of it. But I say it's well worth the effort
