How To: Semi-Fungible Tokens In Underground Football League

I’ve added semi-fungible tokens (SFT, ERC-1155) to Underground Football League as a means to support the game while also getting something in return: cool cosmetics to play with in-game and collectibles.

If you’re not familiar with how tokens work, here is a quick step-by-step guide:

• install a wallet extension for your browser (e.g. Meta Mask);
• transfer Polygon currency into it through a crypto-exchange;
• head on to OpenSea and purchase the desired SFTs;
• if the game is open, the cosmetics associated with the SFTs you’ve purchased should be unlocked in the shop within 30 seconds;
• you’ll have access to the in-game cosmetics as long as you have the wallet installed for the browser you’re playing in and the SFTs are in your wallet (e.g. you haven’t sold them)
