Reach the target without crashing into walls or enemies. Some walls are bouncy, though, and won't kill if you crash into them. Screen edges are bouncy, too.

If there are food items, collect them all to unlock the target.

Try to make it in time to get the star for the level. Sometimes, you need to be sneaky.
